This is the schedule for our entire 2026 season.

Monday, May 25   Summer Miles Begin Please submit within 6 days at www.slxc.com/mileage

Monday, June 15      Summer Suggested Practices begin M-Th 7 PM, Fri & Sat 9 AM

Tuesday, June 23 The 24/24 begins. Arrive 8 AM.  Depart Wednesday, 10 AM

Saturday, June 27    The Runway 5K hosted by SLHS boys’ XC

Saturday, June 27    After the Runway Run, BLACKOUT week begins.  Limited contact with team until July 8.

Sunday, June 28 Blackout Week .  No group practices until Wednesday, July 8

Wednesday, July 8   Summer Suggested Practice resumes M-Th 7 PM, Fri & Sat 9 AM

Tuesday, July 14       SLXC Team Trip to Cedar Point. I need a head count by June 26

Wednesday, July 29  Seniors only:  Banner  photos 4 PM SLHS

Saturday, August 1 Set Up for Camp.

Sunday, August 2     Finish Set Up.  Seniors first night at camp.

Monday, August 3   Everyone else arrives at camp at 11 AM.  

                             Clear your schedule for the week! No coming & going during the week

Saturday, August 8 Camp Ends.  Everyone departs at Noon.  Please, no early departures.

Monday, August 10 Mandatory Practices begin. M-Th 6:30 PM, Fri & Sat are meet dependent.

Saturday, August 15  Meet (opponent TBA) Huron Meadows. Parent Meeting follows. Depart Noon.

Friday, August 21     Lamplighter Invitational.  This is a night time meet at Ford Field in LIVONIA (not Detroit)

Friday, August 28     End of Summer Classic  Huron Meadows Metro Park Brighton

                                   Bus 3:30       All boys race at 5:30       Back at SLHS 7:30

Thursday, Sept 3  Milford Invitational at Kensington  Labor Day Weekend begins at the end of meet

Wednesday, Sept 9 Invitational at Shepherd HS between Alma and Mt. Pleasant

Saturday, Sept 12    Rambling Rock at Willow Metro Park   Chestnut Grove Picnic Area     

Bus departs 7:20,    Bus back at SLHS 2:00   Spectators:  $10 entry per car  or Metro Park Sticker Required

B/G Combined Freshmen Race 9:35,   Boys Varsity (Top 7) 10:10,  Boys JV 11:20,   Awards 12:30

Saturday, Sept 19    Holly Invitational   We will be back to SL about 4 PM

Tuesday, Sept 22     CITY Meet   SL vs. East at Island Lake     East Hosts in 2026

Saturday, Sept 26    Pumpkinfest Run (modified format due to Pontiac Trail construction

Tuesday, Sept 29     Division Meet at Lakeland HS

Saturday, Oct 3          Oakland County Meet at Kensington (Possum Hollow)

Friday, Oct 9              Team departs for Petoskey/Camp Daggett at 12:15

Saturday, Oct 10        Meet and Avalanche Bay in the Petoskey area

Sunday Oct 11            Team departs Camp Daggett before noon.  Back in SL about 5 PM

Saturday, Oct 17      Gabriel Richard Invitational, Hudson Mills Metro Park

Tuesday, Oct 20         Conference Meet at Willow Metro Park
