M-T-W-Th 7 PM , F 9 AM
run either Sat or Sun. Rest the other day.
Once school starts, practices will be
right after school with meets on most

$10 for the movie.

Athletes must run one day
on their own. Pick Saturday
or Sunday to complete your
mileage goal. Comfortable run
of 3-6 miles. Take the other
day off.

No Mandatory group practice.
Athletes MUST run 3 of the 4
days and submit a log of their
running using the usual
mileage submission log.
If no log, the athlete is not
eligible to run the Shepherd
Race on Wed, Sept 9 but will
attend to take splits.
