How do I lose rank?
1. Every three Absences after August 17 is a loss of one rank.
Absent all day from school excluded.
Multi Day Absence with doctor note is excluded.
2. Suspended from a meet due to poor practice or other disciplinary
action is a loss of one rank.
3. Three Demerits = Loss of one rank. A Demerit occurs because of
A. Poor practice. B. Dishonesty/Disrespect. C.Poor Social Media
*Miles need to be submitted within 6 days of their completion to be valid.
Any athlete who attains the rank of General (Admiral) will be a Captain or Commander of the 2022 cross country team.
