2023 Schedule

The Weekly Schedule September 25-30

Monday    Practice 300-500   Bus will pick up athletes at 300 .  Kensington East Boat Launch (Running the Loop)

Tuesday    Practice–The Not-So-Super-Bowl   300-500

Wednesday  Practice 300 to 500   SLHS Track

Thursday      Practice 300-445   Meet at the East Boat Launch  at 3 PM

Friday            Short Practice  300-430   Meet at Millennium 

Saturday        7:00   Boys who have one or more absences to make up   We will be moving pumpkins and setting up.  This will satisfy all of your make ups. Everyone else at 845 AM. Park at Centennial and walk over     Wear your uniform shorts & tank.   Wear your warmups and bring your bag   All athletes  are expected to stay until the end of awards to help clean up and tear down.    Remember…

The runners are our guests.  Pay attention to them.  Make small talk with them,  Cheer them on when you finish.  Applaud for them at awards.
