Monday       Practice at SLHS 3:00-4:45   All Athletes

Tuesday      Practice at KENSINGTON (Possum Hollow)  Regional 9 only    Others have the day off    Practice  3:00-4:30

Wednesday  Practice  at SLHS  3:00-4:15  All Athletes

Thursday     Practice at SLHS  2:45-4:00   All Athletes

Friday          Regional Meet    Top Nine Only    Varsity Nine get out of school at 1:30 for 1:45 depart   Note:  This may change    5 PM boys race

Saturday     Saturday:  Witch’s Hat Run     Boys will arrive at 8:00
